These pigments are carefully crafted and tested to be used to shift hue, saturation, and value on clients with dark or cool tones in their lips. Bright orange pigment, used for neutralizing cool tones on melanin rich dark lips. Can be used on its own, or mixed with other lip colors to add warmth and vibrancy.
