Wynns Black Label 2019 Shiraz 750ml (ABV 13%) Apple Liqueur Corn and barley are separatelyNose Pristine berry fruits dominate the nose. Initially, the reds fruits are apparent cranberries and redcurrants but then there is darker fruit more blackcurrant. Palate A classic medium bodied Shiraz palate. Crunchy dark berries with black pepper and some sweeter cinnamon notes. The 2019 has a lovely texture fine tannin with lively acidity. Food Pairing Tofu, Coconut and vegetable laksa.
