BOUCHARD FINLAYSON Blanc de Mer 750ml Semillon Our Pinot noir is notBlanc de Mer white of the sea is built on a foundation of Riesling, which provides a foundation of linearity, while fully ripe Viognier from the Elgin valley contributes a nose of bright floral fragrance. Chardonnay brings richness and structure, while the inclusion of a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc adds a subtle freshness and acidity. A wonderful pairing with an array of seafood dishes, the Blanc de Mer is also a perfect aperitif.
