Plantation Panama 2008 Rum 700ml (ABV 45%) raspberry Liqueur Green Apple and PearPlantation Panama 2008, distilled in column still. Matured 12 years in bourbon casks, then 1 year in Ferrand casks. Finish with 7 months in white Pineau des Charentes wine cask. Nose Fragrant, fruity and flowery, it starts on vine flower, lilac and lime, with apricot, peach and plum and hints of honey, almond and vanilla. Palate Fresh and sweet, it follows the nose with fruity notes of orange, figs, quince with hazelnut, pepper and cinnamon.
