The idea is to showcase the huge spectrum of flavours within the plant, from dense fruits to complex smoke. Nose: Fresh bright and creamy citrus notes opening the nose perfectly, hints of dry oak and soft vanilla pod, spices, dried herbal notes. Palate: Sweet spiced pear, citrus, a touch of flaked almonds,
