Forge Finish Chef w/ Buckeye Burl Cutlery I read somewhere that MoriheiYes, a lean, sleek, high carbon Chef's hand forged from high carbon 52100 round bar. I'm a sucker for forge finished and this blade has plenty of texxeture and grit. The lower portion of the blade was hand sanded to 800 grit. The handle is made from Buckeye Burl with a highly figured, deep grain. I can custom make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here.
