Maison Advinam "L'Allumee" Bordeaux Orange Baga/BairradaMaison Advinam is a new venture from Anne Buiatti, who hails from Roussillon where she makes highly original Syrah from shale soil. It is a rare to find a certified biodynamic wine from Bordeaux, let alone highly refined orange wine of distinction. Made from Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Sauvignon Gris blend, this has dominant notes of beeswax and honey, along with minor hints of orange peel and flower blossom

they are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for roughly 20 days before being aged on the fine lees for the better part of a year

but the tannins here are still classically firm
