Fuel Quantity Indicator, Simmonds, C-121 Lockheed Constellation A-1 SkyraiderThis is a Fuel Quantity Indicator, 0 10,000lbs, capacitor type, as used in the US Air Force C 121 transport version of the Lockheed Constellation. See photo of the location of the instrument on the Flight Engineers upper instrument panel from the C 121 flight manual dated 1958. It has a manufacturing date of Aug 1956 stamped on its side, as well as test date of the same month. It is in exceptional condition for a 60 year old instrument. Measures 3. 25
