A split Guide Rod will allow for more short strokes to be applied and an overall better feel due to the weight of the steel. Stronger material used compared to the Stock TM Guide Rod less chance of it cracking. This also supports a hollow end which allows the use of the very popular AM Hop Up Units, increasing stability.
