Working to preserve the life and vitality of the soil, they continue to integrate biodynamic principals into their viticulture. Empreintes VdF has notes of citrus, pear, and white flowers that lead to a round and subtle mid palate. The wine is fermented at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius to retain its fruity aromas and produce harmonious bottles.
