I marvel at how Pits distresses the marble into a white decorative accent that circles the eyes and defines the legs giving the impression that the owl is wearing pantaloons

precise in their placement and solid in their stance

It's hard to carve both bear and fish together

Although life in the North is still at times very traditional

It  is easy to identify a Kelly Etidloie sculpture

This particular white bear has its nose pointed toward the sky as if it is scenting the wind
