Domaine des Tourelles Vieilles Vignes Cinsault Vintage:2022From Domaine des Tourelles, founded in 1868, made from Cinsault vines over fifty years old in the western Bekaa Valley. Hand picked and fermented with native yeasts in concrete for ten days, then aged a year in concrete and six months in used French oak to soften the tannins. Perfumed and svelte, showing ripe fig, red cherry and plum over a note of star anise, with balanced acidity and fine tannins. One for the table with Mediterranean cooking,
