Seifried Sauvignon Blanc vintage:2024Lively and flavoursome. Nettle, gooseberry and dried hops define the generous nose. Layers of varietal fruit and a zesty thread of minerally acid run the palate leav ing a long, crisp finish.
On the nose: strong aromas typical of grapes
Floral on the nose and medium weight on the palate
sit below strong primary cassis and gentle mint
The palate displays a tightly wound balance of cherry
which converge in a long creamy mineral finish
Very subtly fruity
yet bright and thrilling with a thrust of taut berry flavours
Taken together
speak to an evolution which will take a long time to complete
cedar wood and wild forest strawberries
Muscular tannins are not intrusive
