Coriole Estate Shiraz 2021 375mlBold, very juicy and ripe, lots of black fruit, aniseed, cocoa and milk tea, and some floral perfume. Its full bodied, a little ferrous, full of rich sweet dark fruit, raspberry juice acidity, a little too ripe and warm, and a kind of too overt in juicy fruit character, which shows the excess of a good vintage, perhaps to its detriment.
