Cabriola by Borsao 2019 book and a bitterA rich red blend from Bodegas Borsao in Campo de Borja, Aragn, a region known as the 'Empire of Garnacha'. Garnacha led with Syrah and a little Mazuelo, given a touch of oak for depth. Smooth and full bodied, showing ripe blackberry and plum over vanilla and warm spice, nicely balanced.
