Traditionally made, with no fining and only light filtration to preserve fruit and aromatic intensity. Rich, full and perfumed, with real presence and a long, slightly smoky finish, classic of fine Alsace Pinot Gris. One for the table with aromatic Thai or Asian dishes, ginger or a little chilli heat.
