GrinderWe tried many manual coffee grinders before finding the one we'd brand with our name. They may look similar, but they don't all function the same. This uses burr grinders, which are much better at grinding the coffee beans to a uniform particle size (compared to blade grinders). That's not about being visually picky, the uniform particle size actually makes a much better tasting coffee. When the grinds are not uniform, you risk a sour or bitter
