Theyre all about sherried whiskeys here and this one is a real winner. Its been finished in a tiny Oloroso octave cask to supercharge those classic sherry notes in the smoky spirit. Theres an array of baking spices in with a rich nuttiness, stone fruits and vanilla, all wrapped up in an earthy peat. Delicious.
