Through this beer we seek to capture the bittersweet beauty and color of the summers end and bridge the gap until natures wheel turns back to spring. Late season foraged birch leaves and Connecticut chardonnay grapes offer an appropriately tanic quality with hints of apple and pine nuts alongside complex acidity produced by fermentation with native wild yeasts.
