Always to be used only when attached to hardwood handle, sold seperately. Predrilled 1 4" holes match hardwood handles. After multiple uses, steel teeth of rake filler will gradually wear away from the abrasive cleaning. Replacement fillers save the cost of replacing the entire handle and filler assembly. Made in USA.
