A fuller nose outline with added foam under the chest (and even a subtle beak nose) allows for maximum paddling. The swept back, narrower thumbtail and thinned out knifey rails through the fins lets it lay over on rail with laser quickness. Its ridden 2 3 inches shorter than a standard step up. The shorter length lets you get up and under the hood
