Patchwork of Blocks and Chain Quilt Log cabin quiltThis is a great Patchwork of multiple blocks of red and a fugitive green, dun, khaki color blocks that is so easy to decorate around. All hand quilted and ready to enjoy year round. Extremely detailed hand quilting that wont disappoint using small stitches. A cotton quilt that has survived well for over 130 plus years. This quilt is circa 1880s and is in overall excellent condition. The dimensions re 74x80 inches. This great use of the 2 fabrics is

like circa 1940’s

The dimensions are 16x32 inches

but I would say overall excellent

This quilt came from a collectors  estate in Oklahoma City

There was a rubbed area on the backside and it will have a neat little repair of time period fabric

A cotton quilt  that has survived well for over 130 plus years

All this is in tiny cross-stitch work

A super quilt in a pattern I don’t often see

Even the backing is a great early print

Overall excellent condition with some natural binding wear in a few places on the yellow binding

The hand quilting is nicely done with small quilting stitches
