Cielo - Matcha Bowl

Cielo - Matcha BowlOne of the new glazes doing what it does best! Popping on some texture. I designed this chawan specifically for this glaze, and they are playing so well together. This bowl is Approx 4. 5" at its widest point and stands 2" tall. Holds a total of 385ml. (Plz don't make 385ml of koicha in here) All my pieces are unique and handmade by me (a non robot human). It's still much lighter than most stoneware teaware

This process takes quite some time

and the included teacup catches everything

I left this a little thicker for good heat retention

I love throwing tiny cups like this when I have little bits of clay left on the wheel

This set is a stunner

The brewing surface is 7" across
