Grøn Tranquebar lågfad LysestagerLength 29 cm. Width 19 cm. Decoration number 12 921. 2nd sorting. Green Tranquebar was in production from 1976 through 1985 and is therefore rare to find today. It is one of three color variations introduced in 1976 to update the famous blue Tranquebar frame. It came in red, brown and this green color. Tranquebar was first manufactured at Aluminia and later at Royal Copenhagen, as the latter stamped its own hallmark on all products from 1968. The

The stamps show that 8 are from 1894-1900 and 2 are from 1898-1923

The glass has been manufactured at Kastrup Glassworks since 1934

It is carved from pine with many details to imitate the bark of the tree the ivy climbs up
