Ester Dry a juniper forward gin with sweet mandarin notes to balance the bitterness. Cocchi Torino an outstanding vermouth, adds class to this negroni with a delicious lift of strawberry and vanilla.

With a mashbill of 100% Rye to capture a 100% bold

with a smidge of Scottish Peat added to give the barley a smoky profile
