It contains the seals and o rings most likely to wear over regular use covering the valve, air tube and filling probe giving you everything needed for a full strip and reseal without hunting down individual parts. FX design their service kits to include only the components that are straightforward to replace

with a more technically advanced cushioning and waterproof/breathable system to back it up

The polymer Heat Shield tip resists aerodynamic heating in flight and helps hold a consistent ballistic coefficient

so it remains a genuine 200-yard rimfire in the right conditions
