Many other methods damage the quality of the coffee and while this process does change the chemistry in the cup it leaves the pleasant chocolate and caramel tones in for you to enjoy. Process: Washed, Mechanical Dry Cupping Notes: At full city roast this is a medium boded coffee with pleasant warm caramel notes over lingering milk chocolate platform.
