Fermented with native yeasts in buried clay qvevri and aged in French oak, then over a year in bottle. Rich and complex, showing dark berries, wild herbs and black pepper over a streak of minerality, with refined tannins and a long, silky finish. Made for lamb, game or anything off a charcoal grill.
