Condition: Excellent - some chipping of the red paint

and the words "Shanghai Victorious Return Commemoration" and the bigger characters "Loyalty and Bravery"

decorated with a building with a flag on top - usually meaning a regimental HQ of some kind

decorated with a branch of cherry blossoms and a Chinese city gate painted in a sort of watercolor style

The cup is painted in red to imitate lacquer

decorated with an anchor facing crashing waves inside a cherry blossom

The saucer is made with pewter

One of the flags is that of Manchukuo

and 10 pieces of regular blank postcards

and might have come with cups that were red or at least red in the center

decorated with a pith helmet
