Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky 45% 70cl Duncan Taylor Octave Apple and peach in syrupDistilled in two stills imported into Japan from Scotland in 1963, this grain whisky is distilled in the unique still, patented by Irish inventor Aeneas Coffey in 1830. Nose: Sweet and rich syrup notes of corn and hints of chamomile, some sweet nutty notes and apple skins. Palate: Caramel and honey, some tangy sweet spices, vanilla slices and hints of lemon cheesecake. A great tasting supreme grain combination that grows on the palate.
