Barrel aged in an ex Islay Whisky Cask along with fresh Scotch Bonnet, Birds Eye, Smoked Chipotle and Ancho Chillis together with Cacao Nibs. And as if this wasn't enough, the team have maxxed out the chocolate layers by ageing a Triple Chocolate Stout in the cask prior to the Rum going in! Expect initial waves of smoke on the palate, followed by rich chocolate and fresh chilli spice that builds and blends with
