Fred Harvey El Tovar Hotel, Grand Canyon 1970Located directly on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, the El Tovar hotel first opened its doors in 1905. It was owned by the Fred Harvey Company and cost $250,000 to build a considerable sum at the time. The 78 room hotel is now owned by the US government as part of Grand Canyon National Park and managed by Zanterra Parks and Resorts. In 1987 it was designated a National Historic Landmark. The artwork from this 1970 menu depicts two fighting cowboys
