Next, a subtle spice and nutmeg palette is drawn out in Ferrand Cognac's casks as the rum continues to mature for one to two years in Cognac, France. The result is a round and elegant Barbados rum, excellent as a sipper or an all rounder base for aged or 'gold' rum cocktails like punches, daiquiris, and tiki classics.
