Chatto Seven Inch Pinot Noir 2025Were back in Huon, less than a kilometre down the road from Jims property and at a vineyard overlooking Seven Inch Beach. Its a properly cold site, even by southern Tasmanian standards. No whole bunch here. medium bodied with wild cherry pip, spicy freshness with hints of alpine herb, menthol notes and a savoury chew at the end. Very particular to it's site. Like it a lot.
